32. The Tabernacle (Exodus 26: 1 - 6)
To live in the midst of the Israelites, God commanded them to build the ark, the mercy seat, in addition to other furniture in great detail. God also commanded Israelites to make the curtains and frames for the tabernacle in great detail. Then they should erect the tabernacle according to the plan for it that was shown on the mountain. God is a God of order. The Bible also taught us to be in order as described below.
But all things should be done decently and in order. (First Corinthians 14: 40)
So, how do we understand the meanings of God's plan for the tabernacle?
